Countless addictions but the most prominent one is PORN.

You don't need much effort to make your ding dong feel good and ecstatic. That's why you'll keep coming back to watching PORN because it's AVAILABLE.
If you had to pay for every PORN video that you had to watch would you pay?
Imagine if porn videos are priced 20-100$ each. Would you still spend on them?
Probably, Smokers spend a ton of money just to smoke.
That's why I'll explain to you why you keep coming back to your addictions.
1. DIRECTIONLESS
Imagine this:
If you had a vision you're so obsessed about that even if it's time to sleep you still feel excited and want to go do the work until morning.
Would you care about some meaningless shit that you know deep down that's destroying you inside out?
OF COURSE NOT!
Why the would you care want to do something that you know is completely useless.
That is why you binge watch, eat junk foods and you flood your mind with mindless scrolling.
“You have no meaningful task that you feel proud of”
You need to change that.
Have you ever asked yourself why you wake up everyday?
2. UNCOMMITTED
You need to understand that you're human and you have limited time.
You need to have FOCUS.
ONE FOCUS ONE DIRECTION
You can't let the SHINY OBJECT SYNDROME get the best of you.
You can't let some influencer change your mind about the thing you love working on.
That's why you need to have a good mindset and that a good mindset requires a good mental health
3. DOWNBAD
You know why you have addictions?
One answer:
"YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS SHIT"
Do you really think that you'll achieve great things while your mind is constantly against you?
How are you going to quit your addictions when you don't even consider your addiction to be an addiction.
That's why working on your mental health is necessary. The successful ones work on making their mind as hard as they do on their body.
All of this is just a symptom.
A symptom of DEPRESSION
You cope with addictions because you know there's nothing else that gives you pleasure unlike addictions.
You need to first be aware that you have addictions if you want to beat them.
